Job summary

Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery & Preschool in Brentwood, CM15 9BG, is hiring part-time Early Years Practitioners. Hourly rates start from £13.70 for Level 2 and £14.24 for Level 3, with 25 hours per week from 9:30am–2:30pm or 10:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

As an Early Years Practitioner you will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, foster a safe, inclusive learning environment, and support development toward EYFS milestones.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification is required.
• Strong passion for creating fun, inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Foster a safe environment that supports self-expression and learning.
• Develop trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
