Bright Horizons Rose Cottage Day Nursery and Preschool in Haywards Heath is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a part-time role. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a love of learning in a safe, inclusive setting.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, and safeguarding awareness. Flexible shifts and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers.
