Job summary

The Co-operative Group in Sandhurst is seeking a Customer Team Member on a part-time contract. You will provide friendly, helpful service, stock shelves, assist customers, and support store operations on a 15-hour per week schedule with regular overtime.

Shifts run 5:45am-12pm on Tuesdays and Fridays. Full training is provided, and you’ll contribute to moments of community care while promoting Co-op membership.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work early shifts and weekends as required.
• Willingness to help customers and maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and deliver friendly service.
• Keep shelves stocked and prices accurate.
• Operate tills and assist with online order picking/packing.
• Promote Co-op membership and assist the community.
