Job summary

Co-op Group in Sandhurst is seeking Customer Team Members to join our store team and help deliver essential services to our community. You’ll work with a friendly team on a busy shop floor, with potential duties in the post office, bakery, or online order pick/pack.

We offer full paid training, part-time hours around 15 per week with overtime, and a supportive benefits package, including staff discount and pension. Age 18+ is required.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential)

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations by delivering friendly, thoughtful service and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Work on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations for a great shopping experience.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and compliance, checking prices, dates and temperatures.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
