Co-op in Sandhurst is seeking a Customer Team Member on a permanent part-time basis. You will work 15 hours per week with regular overtime, covering early shifts and Fridays, joining a friendly store team to support post office, bakery, and online order services where applicable.

You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and promote Co-op membership while building community links. Training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team.
• An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment (experience not essential).

Aufgaben

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, helping to put things right when needed.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on the shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store is safe and compliant with pricing and temperatures as required.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community.
