Chaddlewood, part of Sizzling Pub & Grill, is seeking a Part Time Duty Manager in Plymouth to assist the General Manager in daily operations and lead a guest-focused team.

You’ll train staff, model high standards, and ensure guests enjoy memorable experiences while driving service and business targets in a community-focused pub brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing daily operations with a General Manager support.
• Strong leadership and training abilities for hospitality teams.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.

As Part Time Duty Manager at the Chaddlewood, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
