Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership is seeking a part-time Main area Support Team Assistant (Domestic) in Macclesfield. The role is 15 hours per week with hours to be discussed at interview.

Salary is £25,272 per annum pro rata, paid yearly, and RLW pay supplements may apply if the national rate falls below threshold. The post involves supporting the facilities team to deliver a clean and safe environment for service users and staff.

Qualifications

• Accredited Level 2 cleaning qualification or willingness to undertake.
• NVQ Level 2 in Cleaning as a standard.
• Food Safety qualification is desirable or required.
• Experience in cleaning services preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas to national standards per the cleaning schedule.
• Comply with COSHH regulations and maintain equipment hygiene.
• Collect daily rubbish and dispose of it appropriately.
• Wash up dishes for patients at mealtimes.
• Report equipment faults to the supervisor.
• Note any untoward incidents to senior staff.
