Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Domestic Assistant at Wytham Lodge in Padiham. You will join a brand-new domestic team and help maintain high cleanliness standards across bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms and offices.

The role offers 30 hours per week at £12.71 per hour, with induction and ongoing training. Enjoy a structured environment with supervision, career prospects and various staff perks.

• Experience in care not required but helpful
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness
• Enjoys working as part of a team and delivering high standards

Responsabilités

• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines across the home
• Clean and tidy bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, offices
• Dust, mop, polish and vacuum as required
• Use cleaning equipment including carpet cleaning machines
• Assist with washing and drying laundry when needed
• Report breakages, damage, defects and hazards
• Support residents with a respectful, caring approach and promote independence
