Job summary

The Royal Veterinary College in Potters Bar is offering a part-time Dispensary Stock Assistant position in The Queen Mother Hospital for Animals. You will join a friendly dispensary team and help manage deliveries, stock control and distribution of supplies to clinical areas.

This role requires good communication, proactive attitude and strong eye for detail. Part-time hours are 21 per week, typically Monday to Friday, 1pm to 5pm, with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in managing stock and supplies.
• Part-time availability; 21 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Unpack deliveries (consumables, drugs and equipment) and distribute stock.
• Maintain stock levels in clinical areas and source substitutes.
• Assist the dispensary team with day-to-day tasks.
• Work across Monday - Friday, 21 hours per week with some flexibility.
