Job summary

mydentist Eastleigh is seeking a part-time Treatment Co-ordinator to attract and manage enquiries, guide patients through the private treatment journey and secure conversions. You’ll join a supportive team at Market Street, Eastleigh, with flexible hours across 3 days per week and a pro rata hourly rate.

You’ll work with digital marketing, events and social media to grow private patient numbers, reporting on performance and supporting customers every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers.
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities.
• Confidence using all social platforms.
• Great at building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided).
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload.
• Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media and events.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance.
• Support patients through their treatment journey.
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales.
• Work towards targets and KPIs to achieve commercial results.
• Work closely with dentists to grow private patient numbers.
