Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a friendly receptionist for a part-time role in Bidford-on-Avon. The role supports a busy multi-surgery practice and uses Dentally software to manage bookings and patient records.
You’ll welcome patients, handle appointments, process payments, coordinate with dentists and nurses, and help create a welcoming, efficient environment. This role offers a supportive team, development opportunities, extra holiday accrual, and a personal day; join a network of 220+
Qualificações
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.
- A team player who thrives on helping others.
Responsabilidades
- Warm welcome to patients and visitors.
- Manage bookings and patient records.
