Together Dental is hiring a friendly Receptionist for our Great Yarmouth practice. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, welcoming them warmly and handling bookings, payments, and inquiries.

This permanent, part-time role offers 23 hours per week across Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday shifts, with an emphasis on outstanding customer service and accurate administrative support. Join a supportive team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a welcoming patient

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Manage appointments and maintain clinicians' diaries.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to email enquiries.
• Assist patients with bookings, queries and information.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDPR and policies.
• Process payments and manage daily financial transactions.
• Support the day-to-day running of the reception area.
• Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to deliver a great patient experience.
• Carrying out general admin duties as required.
