2. Merchandising - Manage stock levels and pricing autonomously, ensuring high-quality merchandising to help customers find the right products for their sporting activities.
3. Team Player - Work well within a team of like-minded Sales Assistants, celebrating victories and supporting each other, while also being capable of working independently.
