Job summary

Co-op Group in Teignmouth is hiring Customer Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy local Co-op store. You’ll work as part of a small team on a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekends.

Full training is provided, and you’ll help stock shelves, assist customers, promote Co-op Membership, and support online order picking and packing where available. This part-time role offers overtime opportunities, a strong sense of community, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Team player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Maintain shelves, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Ensure store safety and legality, monitor temperatures as required.
• Promote Co-op Membership and assist with online orders where applicable.
