Job summary

Co-op Group in Chipping Sodbury is looking for Customer Team Members to join a busy local store. The role involves working 18-20 hours per week with regular overtime, on a permanent part-time contract, starting from early morning shifts from 6am. You may help in the bakery or post office and support online order pickups.

Experience is not essential, and the team focuses on friendly customer service and community involvement. Age 18+ is required due to early hours and store needs.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and willingness to help customers.
• Willing to work early mornings and weekends; flexibility across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and dates, and support bakery/post office as required.
