Co-op is seeking Customer Team Members for our local Cheadle store. This part-time role is 16 hours per week with regular overtime, paid at £13.04 per hour.

You’ll work opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekend work, with full training provided. Join a friendly team delivering essential services, from tills to bakery tasks where applicable, and help stock shelves, check prices and dates, and promote Co-op membership in the community.

Qualifications

• You should have a friendly, helpful approach to customers.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts and weekends.
• Interest in working in a busy store and bakery environment (training provided).

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, efficient service on the shop floor and tills.
• Work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Assist in bakery operations and stock checks as needed.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and prices/dates are accurate.
• Support Co-op Membership promotion and community engagement.
