Job summary

Co-op Group is looking for Customer Team Members to join our local Co-op store in Long Lee. This part-time, eight-month temporary role is 24 hours per week with regular overtime, paying £13.04 per hour, and includes full, paid training.

Shifts are 6am to 12pm, Wednesday to Saturday, may involve work in the in-store bakery or post office. You must be aged 18 or over. You will help keep shelves stocked, deliver friendly service, and promote Co-op membership as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping people and delivering great service.
• Able to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail and busy store environment (experience not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, thoughtful service on the shop floor and tills.
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy.
• Operate in-store bakery or other departments as needed.
• Promote Co-op Membership and support community initiatives.
