Job summary

PGG Wrightson in Roxburgh is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our rural supplies store. You will process sales, help with stock and displays, and bring strong customer service to a busy retail environment.

Part Time Customer Service Representative

PGG Wrightson, is looking for a Customer Service person to help out in our Roxburgh Rural Supplies Store.

What you'll get up to:

Come from a retail or customer service background? We have a part time (24 hours p/w) opportunity for a customer-centric individual to join the team in our buzzing store.

As a retail assistant (internally known as a Customer Service Representative/CSR), you will process sales, help with stock management and displays, and maybe even have a keen interest in or knowledge of the local agriculture industry (helpful, but not essential). Your excellent communication and customer service skills will set you apart.

Sound like a bit of you?... You may not tick all the boxes, and that's ok; we will provide training to the successful candidate. The list below will give you a good idea of what background we look for from a Customer Service Representative - Go for it; throw your hat in the ring!

Our wish list of skills and experience:

• Be a team player but able to work efficiently alone.
• A team player who can roll up their sleeves and contribute to outstanding results
• Good physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is required (think 20kgs bags of dog or horse feed)
• Previous retail and sales experience is an advantage
