IWG is seeking a Part-time Customer Services Manager to lead a busy centre on a part-time basis. You will be accountable for on-site performance, delivering outstanding customer service, and driving engagement with prospects and existing clients.
You will manage day-to-day operations, support tours, upsell services, and build a team culture that treats every customer as a brand ambassador. This role rewards initiative and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Part-time Customer Services Manager (20+ hours per week, Monday to Friday or selected days) (Total Compensation including bonus, commission & benefits based on a 20 hour working week: Up to £19,000) This position sits at the heart of our growing global organisation, you will be responsible for all aspects of your centre’s performance. Ideally, you’ll have some experience of delivering against targets when leading a small, close-knit team. You may have run a flexible workspace centre before, or else a store, restaurant or any site with a high degree of customer focus. Alongside your customer service and commercial skills, what matters most is that you’ve got the right mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.
