Job summary

911 Staffing Ltd in Stratton is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 13:00 role on a temporary to permanent basis. The position offers a pay rate of £12.71 per hour and is based on a main bus route.

You will handle calls and emails, support internal teams, and maintain customer records on two systems. The ideal candidate will have strong English, proficient PC skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering

About the Customer Service Advisor role:

• Monday to Friday - No weekends!


• 9am - 1pm


• 12.71 per hour


• Temporary to Permanent role


• Based in Stratton area (on main bus route)

Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role:

• Ensure all calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner, escalating to Team Leader where required


• Liaise with other internal team members


• Entering information on two different customer record systems


• Dealing with transport and customer queries


• Entering information into reporting spreadsheets


• Build and maintain relationships with key customers


• Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice

Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role:

• Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook


• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills


• Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language


• Strong attention to detail and articulate both verbally and written


• Ability to work independently
