Halfords Group PLC in Belfast is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support customers at Connswater Retail Park. The role is 12 hours per week with pay £10.85–£12.71 per hour, depending on age.

You’ll deliver great customer service, have a proactive approach, and may work weekends to meet sales targets. Training is provided, and benefits include store discounts and progression opportunities within the Group.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Ideally experience working toward and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product information and demonstrate products as needed.
• Explain services and practical aspects of fittings when required.
• Contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment and help meet sales targets.
