Job summary

SPAR Market Harborough is hiring a Customer Team Member to join their store team. You will help maximise sales, assist customers, and maintain stock and displays in a fast-paced convenience setting. The role requires flexibility across shifts and 20 hours per week, with opportunities to cover extra hours during sickness or holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
• Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service.
