Job summary

Lorien in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Advisor on a part-time basis (17.5 hours/week). You will keep customers and stakeholders informed about works and service interruptions, working with your team to deliver the highest quality of service.

You’ll build strong relationships across the team, manage inbound contacts, and provide information logged in our systems. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Your communication skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise will be key.
• You’ll have strong verbal and written information-management skills, and the confidence to learn a range of systems and technology quickly.
• You’ll use your organisational skills to manage your own workload while working as part of a team to ensure every task is carried out to the highest standard.
• You’re adaptable and able to switch to reactive work when needed, to meet customer needs and support colleagues.
