Job summary

Dunelm is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant for 12 hours per week at our local store. You will be customer-obsessed, delivering joyful experiences from greeting to farewell, and offering help across tills, shop floor, hosting and stock & delivery tasks.

You’ll support colleagues in a fast-paced environment and help customers find exactly what they need while representing our brand with enthusiasm. You’ll join a friendly team focused on great service, product knowledge, and making customers

Responsibilities

• Tills: run a friendly and efficient checkout, bag fragile items with care.
• Shop Floor: help customers find products and offer confident, knowledgeable service.
• Hosting: place orders for home delivery when items aren’t in stock and promote Made to Measure service for curtains and blinds.
• Stock & Delivery: assist with deliveries, stock checks, replenishment, pricing updates and keeping displays neat.
