Job summary

B&Q Limited is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for our Stoke Meir Park store. The role runs 24 hours per week with permanent contract and shifts across Monday to Sunday, 5.00am–9.00pm. The hourly rate is £13.10, and training in paint-mixing and timber-cutting may be provided.

You’ll help customers, manage stock, and keep displays looking their best. You will join a team that values great service, teamwork, and flexibility, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Happy to help and eager to learn.
• Friendly and outgoing; enjoy helping others.
• Willing to expand skills using new technology and working with a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver great customer service.
• Manage stock and set up product displays to maintain an attractive store.
• Ensure the store looks inviting and well-organised.
• Support paint-mixing and timber-cutting training as needed.
