Job summary

Henderson Group’s Eurospar P&G in Portadown is seeking a part-time Customer Advisor to support the store team. You will handle checkout transactions, stock replenishment, and merchandising with a focus on friendly, efficient service. Hours are 8-16 per week with afternoons, evenings, and weekends rotated.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but full training is provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work afternoons, evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate checkouts accurately and process transactions efficiently.
• Stock replenishment and adherence to stock rotation policies.
• Merchandise stock to maximise sales and ensure correct pricing labels.
• Maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
• Cover Post Office duties if required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
