Job summary

Thomas March Group Ltd is hiring a Part-Time Credit Control Administrator to join the Finance Team on a 1-year fixed-term maternity cover. The role reports to the Credit Control Manager and supports day-to-day credit control and admin tasks across five trading entities.

You will process receipts, perform reconciliations, chase payments, manage self-billing, and liaise with customers to resolve queries while maintaining high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily receipts and cash allocations.
• Complete daily bank reconciliations.
• Chase outstanding customer purchase orders.
• Reconcile purchase orders against invoices.
• Reconcile self-billing invoices and receipts.
• Chase and confirm customer payments.
• Perform credit reference searches.
• Support credit insurance reviews.
• Assist with general credit control and finance administration.
• Liaise with customers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
