Job summary

Limehurst Academy, part of the East Midlands Education Trust, is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. You will deliver lessons for absent colleagues, support students, and work as part of a five-person cover team under an experienced cover manager.

The role begins on 26 October 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter) and is term-time only, 39 weeks per year, 30 hours per week (8:40am - 3:10pm). DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
• Safeguarding checks will be undertaken during recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons on behalf of absent colleagues.
• Be part of the five-person cover team led by the cover manager.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and pupil support.
