Job summary

McKeevers Chemists in Rostrevor are seeking a friendly Counter Sales Assistant for a part-time 15-hour week. You will deliver superb customer service, help customers, and handle till transactions while keeping displays attractive and stock replenished.

The role involves working with the pharmacy team to ensure a welcoming shopping environment, supporting merchandising, and adhering to company policies. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well presented.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming shop environment.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages where appropriate.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional displays.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
