McKeevers Chemists is seeking a friendly Counter Sales Assistant to join our Moy branch. You will be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding service, helping customers find products and maintaining an attractive shop display.

You will work with the pharmacy team to ensure a welcoming and efficient shopping experience, handling till transactions and stock replenishment in a fast-paced environment. Training and support are provided.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer.
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases.
• Operate the till and process transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well presented.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming shop environment.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages where appropriate.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional displays.
• Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.

About the Role

McKeevers Chemists is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Assistant to join our team in Moy.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day running of the shop. You'll help customers find the products they need, maintain attractive shop displays, replenish stock, and work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure a welcoming and efficient shopping experience.
