Job Opportunity: Cook at Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter

Role: Cook

Hours: Casual, with a variety of shifts over 7 days, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver breakfast buffet items, including sausages, bacon, eggs, beans, and more, adhering to Hampton standards.
• Cook and serve dinner options such as burgers, pizzas, and other classics from 17:00 to 22:00.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in all production areas.
• Manage stock rotation in fridges, freezers, and dry stores.
• Clear and clean tables and kitchen areas.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to adhere to policies related to fire safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Experience managing kitchen sections and ensuring safety standards.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills, thriving in a busy environment.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of quality control and kitchen standards.
