Job summary

ST CATHERINE'S SCHOOL is seeking a Digital & Video Content Creator to bring the life of the School to life across our digital channels. You will manage social media, craft photography and video content, write engaging copy, and collaborate with staff to tell stories of pupil achievement and school activities.

Working under the Director of Marketing, you will plan content, publish across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, and help grow audience reach while upholding the School's brand values.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, marketing, communications or content creation.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strong photography and/or videography skills.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple social platforms.
• Basic video editing and Canva proficiency.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• A keen eye for brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Managing the School's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Planning, creating and publishing engaging content aligned to the School's brand and values.
• Producing high-quality photography and video content for use across digital platforms.
• Attending school events, trips, performances and activities to capture content and tell compelling stories.
• Creating written content for social media, website news stories, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of website content.
• Monitoring social media engagement and identifying opportunities to grow audience reach and interaction.
• Building strong relationships with staff and pupils to uncover and celebrate stories from across the School community.
