Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring part-time Support Practitioners in Inverness to help individuals in their own homes live independently. Training will be provided, including a fully funded SVQ, and we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a caring approach.

You will support with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities, while promoting choice and dignity for people with disabilities and additional support needs.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature.
• Good observation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes with daily living tasks.
• Provide assistance with medication and finances.
• Assist with housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
• Engage in activities and social outings chosen by the people we support.
