East Lancashire Learning Group (Lancashire Adult Learning) seeks a 0.5 Community Teacher in Education & Early Years to deliver high-quality learning to adult learners across Lancashire. The role is part-time, permanent, with 17.5 hours per week across multiple sites.

You will teach Education & Early Years pathways, using a learner-centred approach and combining face-to-face with live online elements via Microsoft Teams, tailoring sessions to diverse adult learners.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Education & Early Years pathways to adults.
• Ability to tailor delivery to diverse adult learners.
• Strong commitment to learner progress and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching across Education & Early Years programmes.
• Plan high-quality learning that enables adult learners to achieve goals.
• Provide tutorial and pastoral support and monitor learner progress.
