Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part time Band 5/6 Physiotherapist to develop skills in a community setting within the District Therapy Team. The role covers 7 days 8am-6pm with 1 in 6 weekend work, across six neighbourhoods in Bolton, aiming to avoid hospital admission and support discharges.

You will work closely with acute, community and social care colleagues, engaging in assessment, care planning and multi-disciplinary meetings, with opportunities to lead, teach and progress to

Formación

• Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration.
• Experience in treating a broad range of conditions relevant to clinical speciality.
• Evidence of leading and implementing clinical change.
• Supervision and/or mentoring of staff/students.
• Substantial NHS experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop at Band 6 level with direct patient care.
• Coordinate and provide high quality care in the community.
