Job summary

Mindplace Exeter Clinic in Exeter seeks a Clinical/Counselling Psychologist (face-to-face). This part-time role offers minimum 2 days per week, with sessions scheduled Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 and 14:00-22:00, plus weekend slots.

You will provide high-quality therapeutic care, assessments, formulations, and signposting, work within private medical insurance allowances, and collaborate with the therapy team under Bupa policies. Excellent communication and IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology and HCPC registration.
• Post-qualification experience in general adult mental health.
• Ability to manage own caseload and work toward outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations as needed.
• Work within private medical insurance allowances and case management processes.
• Attend supervision and team meetings; collaborate with the therapy team.
