Job summary

Bupa Health Services in Winchester is seeking a Clinical Counselling Psychologist for face-to-face work at Mindplace Winchester. You will provide high-quality therapy, assessments and formulations to support customers in living longer, healthier lives.

This role offers part-time hours with a shift pattern including early, late, and weekend blocks, plus opportunities for remote or hybrid delivery where appropriate and regular supervision within a busy corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Professional doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology required.
• HCPC registration as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist.
• At least 1 year post-qualification clinical experience in general adult mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic care with excellent clinical outcomes.
• Deliver assessments and formulations for evidence-based intervention.
• Offer face-to-face, telephone, or video consultations.
• Attend regular clinical supervision and monthly team meetings.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads and the therapy team.
• Provide signposting or onward referrals as needed.
• Deliver group psychoeducation and mental health awareness sessions.
