Job summary

Equans looks for a Part time Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Jack Hunt Academy, Bradwell Road, Peterborough, PE3 9PY. The role is permanent, 20 hours per week, with a salary of £12,725.32 per annum and a benefits package.

You will assist the Cleaning Supervisor, oversee the cleaning team, and ensure adherence to contract requirements plus health & safety standards. Shifts are Monday to Friday, 15:15–19:15.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Experience managing a team of cleaners.
• COSHH knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in managing the cleaning team’s output and performance.
• Clean and maintain all areas of the client’s buildings.
• Ensure compliance with contract specifications and H&S requirements.

What will you deliver?

To assist the Cleaning Supervisor in ensuring that the output and performance of the cleaning team is appropriately managed. To clean and maintain all areas of the client’s buildings. To ensure compliance with contract specifications and H&S requirements.
