Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative based at Glenalina Lodge, Belfast. The role involves cleaning duties to high standards, with a 1 day per week pattern from 8:00 to 15:30, and flexible timing.

Opportunity to work within a world leading facilities management company and join a supportive team. The candidate should have cleaning experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and be able to work independently with good time management.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning environments.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals/product handling.
• Familiarity with COSHH guidelines and safety.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas are cleaned to required standards, including weekly and periodic tasks.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely per COSHH guidelines.
• Be familiar with cleaning equipment and use only after training.
• Report faulty equipment immediately and tag as faulty.
• Ensure safety signage is used appropriately at all times.
• Keep cleaning stores clean and equipment stored safely.
