Job summary

ESS – Defence, Energy and Government Services is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Defence, contracted to 25 hours per week. You will help deliver on our promise to create clean, safe spaces for clients and customers in secure environments.

You will handle dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming to a high standard while ensuring surfaces and touchpoints are sanitised.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or facilities roles preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to shifts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Assist with monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.
• Support the cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
