Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking an experienced Part-Time Cleaner for a government office in Redhill. The role is temp-to-perm with evening hours and potential for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will bring prior commercial cleaning experience and be comfortable working independently while adhering to site health and safety procedures. BPSS screening is required and you must have valid Right to Work documentation at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS clearance required.
• Must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Must be comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system if required.
• Ability to use a telephone-based attendance system.
• Reliable, punctual and available for evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Dusting and sanitising desks, surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Replenishing washroom supplies.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Working independently and completing all allocated cleaning duties.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
• Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
• Following site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation where required.
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.
