Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting on-site cleaners for client premises in Wanlip, Leicestershire. The role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break, paying £13.00 per hour. You’ll receive full training, uniforms, and career development opportunities within Atlas.

You’ll deliver a high standard of cleaning and customer service, using provided equipment and following safety procedures. A positive attitude and ability to work with others are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English required for safety communication.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate time on site to going the extra mile and meet client needs.
• Learn cleaning specification and use equipment during first week.
• Provide high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with full training.
• Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
