Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited in Aylesbury is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our housing sites. You will join our Cleaning Team based on one of our housing sites in Aylesbury, performing general duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and waste management.

The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm; reliability, attention to detail and a customer‑facing approach are essential to support residents and maintain welcoming

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
• Experience using cleaning machinery.
• Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
• Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
• Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
• Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
• Cleaning windows within easy reach.

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at one of our housing sites based in Aylesbury

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. If you take pride in your work and have a passion for creating clean, safe spaces.

The hours are 8am to 12pm, Monday to Friday. 20 hours per week
