Orwell Housing Association is hiring a part-time Cleaner at Levington Court in Lowestoft. The role involves cleaning communal and staff areas, preparing rooms, and maintaining infection-control standards in an extra care setting.

Working 15 hours per week, you will follow schedules, report wear and damage, and enjoy benefits including annual leave, DBS checks, training through the Orwell Academy, and access to a wellbeing programme.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning in accordance with agreed schedules, covering daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks.
• Keeping storage facilities tidy and locked in accordance with COSHH regulations.
• Reporting items which are worn or damaged and need replacement.
• Removing litter and keeping communal and staff areas tidy.
• Carrying out other cleaning works as directed by the Service Manager (e.g., voids).
