Job summary

Equipment Sales & Service Limited. is hiring a part-time Cleaner to join the cleaning and facilities teams providing services to Defence clients. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week with variable shifts and 50.2 weeks per year.

You will dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitise touchpoints, restock supplies, and support a safe, hygienic environment. Prior cleaning experience is welcome but not required; flexibility and hands-on approach are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning roles is not essential.
• Flexible shifts and part-time hours required.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies. Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
