Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams servicing Defence sites. The role is contracted to 30 hours per week with variable shift patterns, and the environment is kept safe and hygienic for all clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and a flexible attitude. Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training is provided to ensure high standards are met across our

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning tasks or similar roles.
• Ability to be flexible with shifts and duties.
• Attention to detail and ability to work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, including spill clean-ups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste and monitor/re-stock cleaning supplies.
