Concept Resources are recruiting for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Durham. This long-term temporary position suits someone with commercial cleaning experience seeking consistent evening hours.

Duties include cleaning offices, washrooms and corridors, vacuuming and dusting, disposing of waste and replenishing supplies. You will follow site procedures, clock in/out via telephone, and may act as key holder with alarm responsibility.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• BPSS clearance required.
• Must provide valid Right to Work documentation at induction.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Willingness to act as a key holder and operate an alarm system if required.
• Ability to use a telephone-based attendance system.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

• Using the mandatory telephone clocking-in and clocking-out system.
