Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to join a high-street bank in Chelmsford. The role starts ASAP and is temporary to permanent. You will clean banking and office areas, vacuum, wipe desks, sanitise toilets, and ensure hygiene standards.

You may work independently and handle lone-working duties. Requirements include previous commercial cleaning experience, a basic DBS check, right to work in the UK, punctuality, reliability, and ability to follow health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic DBS check required.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with lone working and key‑holding responsibilities.
• Able to use a telephone‑based clocking‑in and attendance system.
• Good attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of banking and office areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, counters and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and washrooms.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Following site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines.
• Securing the premises and operating the alarm system where required.
