Anchor Hanover Group is seeking an experienced Care Home Chef or Cook to join Kimberley Court in Newquay, Cornwall, on a genuinely part-time basis.

You will cook fresh, seasonal meals for 36 residents across three days per week, contribute to menu planning, and lead the kitchen when the Chef Manager is away. This role offers a strong part-time hourly rate with supportive, not-for-profit team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking from fresh for residents.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (Level 3 preferred).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, seasonal meals for 36 residents three days per week.
• Cook from scratch and contribute to menu planning and kitchen operations.
• Lead the kitchen when the Chef Manager is away; no late nights.
