LGH Hotels Management at Holiday Inn Brentwood M25, Jct.28 is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team. You will manage a kitchen section, deliver high-quality dishes and support junior team members in a busy environment.

You’ll work closely with the wider kitchen, maintain cleanliness and food safety, and contribute to a smooth service while upholding LGH's standards across the hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Has experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Delivers high-quality, well-presented food.
• Takes responsibility for their own section and works with structure.
• Leads by example and supports junior chefs.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes efficiently and consistently within your section
• Take ownership of your area, ensuring standards of food quality and presentation are always met
• Support, guide and help develop junior members of the kitchen team
• Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic work environment at all times
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations consistently
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and well-timed service
• Remain calm, focused and professional during busy service periods
